Back in February 2021 I purchased a TL-WN722N on Amazon UK the antenna recently broke so I am attempting to get it replaced under warranty because it was a manufacturing error from what I can tell as it just out of nowhere just started to come out of the screw-on connector  when I go to register the product for warranty under the United Kingdom it can't recognise the Serial Number nor has the option under model the Model is under (EU) Ver 3.20.

 

Although it was purchased in the UK on Amazon UK it seems to only want to be registered if I select the Deutschland region, is there any way to resolve this either through the 3 Year Warranty with TP-Link or Amazon? (I still have the box accessories and instructions as well as the installation CD.)

It is recommended to send the photo of SN number, purchase proof of the adapter and also a photo of the broken antenna  to UK technical support via email with title of TPLINK Forum , we will have a specialist to follow up your case:

@Solla-topee  I've sorted it with Amazon UK and got a refund and will just repurchase again, the serial number I assume is supposed to be on the bottom of the adapter was not printed there but I couldn't register anyway, if the serial number on the box also works it wouldn't let me register it in my region and seemed to be delivered from Amazon EU stock.

@Cool_Dude2016   Hi, it is possible the SN is missed in the system and need to manually be added into system.
