Hardware Version:
Firmware Version: 22.0

Hi. Don't know what else to do. Installed other firmware version, still the same. My home internet is 500mbps. Using previous wifi dongle, I can get up to 260mbps. TX3000e only gave me around 100mbps. 

From same location using my phone, can get up to 500mbps. Ping from all other device(my phone, work laptop, wife laptop) gave me below 10ms while on this pc always more than 30 ms. Something is wrong.

Please disable other wireless adapter first on the same computer in case it affect the performance of tp-link. 

Remove the obstacles as much as possible when test speed. 

You could try the latest driver  ( 22.50.1 for now) and see if that helps with the issue:

Did you test router's 5Ghz Wi-Fi speed, may I have a photo of the speediest results and a photo of  5Ghz Link speed?

How about the 2.4Ghz wifi speed on tp-link adapter?  How far tp-link and your router?   May I know the model of your router and please share with us a photo of router's wireless settings if possible,thank you.

Please see the photo below. On the left is speed test using my phone. On the right using the pc. In the middle is the link speed. My router is Asus RT-AX55, the distance is less than 15 meters from pc to router without any wall blocking only door but I kept door open at all times.

 

 

Left 369.8 down, 278.8 up
Right 68.7 down, 13.9 up

Link speed 1.2gbps

May I know does 2.4Ghz speed looks normal when TX3000E connected to 2.4Ghz speed? You could compare the 2.4G speed with phone.

Can you share with us  a photo of the motherboard info on your PC and let me know the model of your main router? Your network topology , is it router ))))(( copmputer with TX3000E?https://www.tp-link.com/support/faq/2722/

@Solla-topee install 190823 version. Same outcome. 

 

Here is the result when both  PC and phone connected to 2.4GHz from same spot. 

Left phone 53.8 down 28.8 up
Right TX3000e 72.9 down 55.4 up
Link speed 195Mbps

 

The motherboard is MSI B450 Mortar Max

Main router is huawei hg8145v5.
Driver version is 22.50.1.1


Don't think my other hardware is the issue here as my Tenda U12 WIFI USB dongle performed better than TX3000e.

Some more additional info. When I try to install latest driver on product page, WiFi_22.0.0, i got installation failure a newer product version is already installed.
