Model: Archer C60
Hardware Version: V3
Firmware Version: 1.2.0 Build 20201231

Hello,

The advertised speed is showing as up to 867Mbps/5Ghz and 300 Mbps/2.4 Ghz on the packaging, but the max speed (wired or wireless) I am able to get for upload as well as download is only 95Mbps. My internet speed limit is 150Mbps. I had no issues while using the D-Link router before this where I got up to 145Mbps speed , even while wireless.

Is there any hardware limitation or something I need to configure to get the 100 Mbps+ speed? Kindly help in resolving this. I just bought this router today.

Yes, you are experiencing this because the C60 WAN port is 100 mbps (specs):

This means, even you are connected at 867 mbps (5GHz band) to the C60, its WAN port is capped at 100 mbps for the outgoing/incomming traffic to your ISP.

@terziyski oh. Did not know that. Not that savvy with router terms so bought this one. Would return this. Which one would you suggest if I am looking at something with 200+ mbps speed?

Well, any device with 1000 mbps ethernet ports would do the job (like Archer C6/А6, C7/А7, etc.).

It depends on your budget. I would buy C7 cause it's a relatively cheap, but stable device.
