Deco S4 and Seagate Personal Cloud NAS issues
Hi All,
I'm really stumped on this one.
I've just installed a Deco S4 mesh network at home (3 units) - I'm on Virgin and have switched the Virgin hub over to modem mode. Everything works seamlessly apart from the NAS drive which appears to have disappeared altogether.
The light on the drive says all is well and it's connected but I can't find it, the app for it won't find it either. The old IP address I had for it was probably fixed (192.168.0.38) but now the Deco network is on a different range to that (192.168.68.xx). I've seen loads of suggestions, tried most of them, changed my DNS to 8.8.8.8 etc but still can't find it and Seagate aren't very helpful.
It's the Seagate Personal Cloud - any help would be much appreciated.
