Hello,

I want to organize my home network and I doubt if this is gonna work. At te very beginning I have TP-Link R600VPN router. After the router I would like to connect switch which will have wi-fi routers connected in AP mode. The reason why I need routers not simple APs is that I want to connect two clients additionally to each wi-fi router using cable. The question is will in this case mesh networking work? Or what solution would you suggest?

@Barcafan

You can't have mesh network between two routers - Q10/A10.

Your R600VPN is a SafeStream Gateway, part of the Omada-SDN solution for business.

You can buy a JetStream switch like TL-SG2008 (P), a couple of EAP225 and OC200 controller.

Thus you'll have a business grade mesh network with ethernet ports available throughout your premises at a reasonable price.

Here's a typical example. If you have questions about this solution you can refer to the Business Community.
