Hardware Version: V3
Firmware Version: 1.5.3 Build 20210203 Rel. 68223

Recently purchased the Deco M5 3 pack and have hooked up to my existing router. 

 

The wired link speed to the base Deco unit is 100Mb/s but there are other devices that are getting 1000Mb/s wired link speed.Have tried the Deco in both Access Point and Router mode. All connects as expected but can't get a faster wired link speed. Speedtest peaks at 92Mb/s but on other devices getting around 400Mb/s download.

 

Is there a way to get the Deco M5 to be recognized at gigabit capable?

Turned out this may be an environmental thing. 

 

My suspicion is either my core router does not have all the lan ports as gigabit or the cat 6 line to where I had the main deco was too long so could not get gigabit sync to occur.

 

Moved the main deco to be closer to another router in the network and it happily got a gigabit connection to the closer router. It could then share that gigabit connection with the other satelite units connected to the main deco.
