Model: Deco S4  
Hardware Version:
Firmware Version: 1.4.3

I'm experiencing painfully slow speeds using the deco WiFi mesh. Virgin is 200 at source. Deco a mighty 20 at best. 

 

I've tried setting the QoS. Changing out cables. 

 

One thing is I'm having to run at 2.4 Ghz not 5 Ghz. This is as deco won't do separate ids and smarthome stuff does not like 5 Ghz. 

 

Any ideas?

You can split 5GHz and 2.4GHz in Deco, by using its Guest network. Just like I did for my Deco mesh:
