I'm looking to buy this model. However I would like to have longer cable at least 2m (or 2.5m). Does this model support PoE? Can I buy power adapter which has longer cable?

According to their specs, they don't support PoE. You can make yourself a power extension cable by simpy buying 2-wire cable and similar connectors according to the power plug size:
