I am using Bandwidth Control to manage the packets to a VoIP device. It all seems to work but I have a question. When I set it up there is a Min and Max Ingress and a Min and Max Egress. For the VoIP box to work well I need to have a minimum Ingress and Egress of 90 Kbps. Since the VoIP device doesn't really use much more than that, I don't really care about the Max values

So the question is, what is best (or valid) settings to use

Min Ingress 90
Max Ingress 0

Min Egress 90
Max Egress 0

or

Min Ingress 90
Max Ingress 100

Min Egress 90
Max Egress 100

Also, what happens if I using the settings:

Min Ingress 0
Max Ingress 0

Min Egress 0
Max Egress 0

will that cause the router to give as much bandwidth to the VoIP device as it asks for (effectively, this would prioritise all packets to and from the VoIP device above other traffic)?
