hi , two months age i bought router TL-WR740N . from last month every day each 2 or 3 hours one time i lost my connection , or laptop can't find my router signal ( i have two laptop and and both have this problem) , and in pinging between each 10 pocket minimum one lost pocket available . last week i sent message to technical support about what is problem is this hardware or software problem , they didn't send any answer , now i need your help :(

it seems your laptops can not detect the router's signal when the problem occurs. :(..Go and check if the wireless function has been always enabled either by the hardware wifi button or router's management page. Also try different wireless channels on it.

dear it is connect but when I'm pinging must packet have a reply but suddenly packets are lost and solution is reset factory from router

can you tel me what is best config in router

Try different wireless channels on your wireless router. And change the channel width to 20Mhz.
BTW, how many wireless client connect to wifi at the same time?
