Hi evrybody, and thanks anticipated, Im in spain and I buy this but after do all the steps correctly (reange extender mode), stay connected to the router and given good signal don´t connect to internet. Thanks again

is the problem and he Edit it with his solution, its a dif. model, i had a similar problem with a RE and i solved same way.

But how can I enable DHCP? Correct me if I'm wrong:
- connect the RE (I disconnected it so I could have internet access)
- go to 192.168.1.254
- will there be listed the RE? So I can easily enable DHCP and change the address

Do I have to do both? I'm sorry but I know nothing about networks
Also the RE came with 2 possible instalations, one via wireless (the one I tried) and the other one by cable. Should I follow this step instead of after those 2 links you recommended?

wireless you wont be able to do it, the first link is for you tp learn to change your lan adapter propeties the second link you dont need it you done it all ready
