Hello.

I've recently tried to forward ports on my WDR-4300, however it doesn't seem like it forwards em properly, is there any guide or way to see if the ports I am trying to forward is accuatly forwarded?

There is a way to test whether the port is forwarded or not.However, you need make sure that the router is connected behind a pure modem and get a public IP address.
You can use telnet to see if the port forwarding is successfully or not. Go to Start-->run-->cmd-->in the black window, type in‘telnet(space) 192.168.0.100(IP address of the server) space again 1234(port number). Press Enter. If it is a blank windows, that means you get success.
For example, i want to open the port 80 for the server 192.168.0.10 and the WAN ip address for my router is 98.124.267.31.then i will do this in my computer that is connected to the router successfully.
