Hi, I have recently bought a dual band router to replace the aging default router supply by the ISP.

Hope that someone could advice a solution.
Thank you.

Hi I have brought a TL-WDR3500 and have the same issue as yours. Having tried to disable NAT does not help. The wireless connections are OK. Hope somebody help. Thanks

Can you access the Internet if you connect your computer directly to the modem, thereby bypassing the router? If you can then try cloning the computer's MAC address into the router.

Is there any ip conflicts between the modem and the TP-LINK router? If wireless is working, then check the physical connection between the router, modem and computer.

Log into the router. Under Network-WAN, make sure WAN Connection Type is set to Dynamic IP. That's what I use for Comcast and a WDR3600. Then power off the router and modem and re-power both.
