Hello,
I have bought TP-Link TL-WR841N 300 mbps router. I have 20-25 wireless clients but only 15 wireless clients are able to connect to the router. Is there the limitation on numbers of wireless clients can connect to the router?

You can to try with new firmware for example Gargoyle or DD-WRT

It appears that it has the same limit as WR740N that I have. Only max to 15 clients as most of the general mid-low wifi router. You need to add another extra router, connect it by LAN to LAN, to enable another 15 more client. Or you can purchase higher class wifi router, which is capable of at least 30 clients.

Would you please have a check on the hardware of your 940N?
If it is v1, the maximum wireless clients is 15 and recommended clients is also 15.
While if the hardware is v2, the former number is up to 32 and recommended clients is still 15.
