Problem login into tplinklogin.net setting page

I too have the same problem. I could not open the page through the web link. Or if
I uae the IP address 192.168.1.1 it will go into the page for my Wifi router - BOLT.
I recently purchased the TP-WR710N which I needesd to set it as a repeater in our
House.
Now there are question. Do we need to connect the unit to the PC using USB cable and
At the same time the PC need to be connected with the internet in order to set it in the tplinklogin.net page?
I haven't try it yet but i think thats the only way we can access the page.
