Hardware Version : Not Clear

Firmware Version : not known

ISP : Plusnet

Can anyone help me?

The set up instructions tell me the address is 192.168.1.254. The instructiuons tell me to plug the extender into my router before attemting setup entry.

However, my Billion router has that addrerss.

So if I plug the TP into my router and type in that address, I get the Billion setup.

Any suggestions will be extremely gratefully received.

youn have to change the ip address of your RE to a dif one like 192.168.1.252 once done configure with this Tuto http://www.tp-link.com/en/article/?faqid=357

disable wireless network connection on the computer before you set static IP on it.
it can avoid ip conflicts when you try to login to the setup page.
