How to deny access to Internet for certain PCs - WDR4300

I have 11 wireless devices connected to WDR4300. These are PCs, phones, tablets, PS3 etc. All devices have assigned DHCP addresses.
I have read lots of faqs and searched the web, but still can not figure out a simple way to achieve the following:
I would like some of my devices have NO access to the Internet from 2200 to 0600.
The access control rules ask for particular domain names etc. I want to restrict all access.
The only way that works so far is to restrict the bandwidth for those devices to 1K up/down.
Can someone provide a step-by-step instructions OR an example of such a rule for me to copy?

I think Access Control can meet your requirements. If you want to block all the Access, when you set the Target you need to select the IP address and then block all the ports like this picture shows.
For Schedule, you need separate the time 22-24 and then 000-600
For the host, you can set all the IP range if you want to control all the devices

I'm having the exact same problem.
I need to block my VOIP phone from ringing out of office hours, but NOTHING works. The calls always dial our and the incoming calls always make the phone ring even when the access control is set to BLOCK ALL, ALL DAY.

This really should be a simple straight forward thing, it is absolutely ridiculous.
