Region : Ireland

Model : TL-WDR4300

Hardware Version : V1

Firmware Version : 3.13.33 Build 130617 Rel.46239n

ISP :

The system log on my WDR4300 only contains information on DHCP and absolutely nothing else. Log Level is set to ALL, and Log Type also set to ALL but there's nothing else in the log ... no security warnings (good, but highly unlikely) no DDNS info, no NTP info, no wireless info, nothing. It's been the same since I got the router so valid for all FW releases since it's introduction.

Any ideas, or is this "normal behaviour"?

The system log of TL-WDR4300 will show the DHCP, PPP info. Other information may not be show here. For the wireless, you can see how many devices are connected through the wireless statics menu.

On every other router I've owned, the log file has been full of information, not just DHCP requests and replies, if that's all it's for why not call it the "DHCP log"? There's not a single report, for example, of any kind of DOS attack, or in fact any indication that the SPI firewall is doing anything at all, something very rare indeed.
