Archer C7 wpa2 enterprise with radius problem

Hardware Version : Not Clear
Firmware Version : latest
ISP : Alice business
I have a problem with radius server in wpa2 enterprise environment...
If i use WPA2 personal with a password everything works but when I set the security control thru a Radius server the router does not work and any access are disabled.
The radius Server works fine (I have tried with some CISCO router and TP Link nano, 4220 ecc..)
I have tried to use the latest beta firmware without success !!!
there is a solution ?
