TL-WA730RE Initializing status problem

My tp link TLWA730RE just keeps on intializing status. from left to right of the led lights, there are only two lights, the first one and the second one.
I left the unit switched on overnight but still its in initializing status. Can somebody help me?

When you power on the product, the fourth light also should be on.
refer to the following link to reset the device: http://www.tp-link.com/en/article/?faqid=202
After resetting, contact your retailer for replacement if there are two lights also.
