My smart tv will not connect to the m9 who's 30 cm away from the TV but only to the m9 who's 5 meters away.
Now the connection is good instead of perfect.
Mesh is on.
Can you make a preferred m9??

Check if your Smart TV has Ethernet port, many do. If it does, connect it by Ethernet cable to the nearest M9, which is 30cm away, and configure TV to use Ethernet connection.
I did that for my Sony Smart TV. My Deco M9 sits on same TV stand Sony TV uses.
