Problemas muy critico en Samsung TV AU9000 y TU6900 recien conetado el Router a la toma de alimentación detecta la Banda WI-FI 5G por unos segundos y luego deja de aparecer/mostrarse y solo muentra de el mismo Router la Banda 2.4G

Very critical problems in Samsung TV AU9000 and TU6900, recently connected the Router to the power outlet, it detects the 5G WI-FI Band for a few seconds and then stops appearing / being displayed and only shows the 2.4G Band from the same Router

Do you see the 5GHz SSID on your other devices like mobiles, laptop, PC ?

Can you post this screenshot from your AX20:

 

If yo can't make the screenshot, try this setting for 5GHz band wireless channel and test again:

Turn TWT on as well.

desafortunadamente aun haciendo las configuraciones solo me aparece/refleja es red Wi-Fi 2.4G la 5G no me aparece en el listado, alguna otra recomendacion o configuración?

Unfortunately, even doing the settings, it only appears / reflects the 2.4G Wi-Fi network, the 5G does not appear in the list, any other recommendations or settings?

If the problem is with your TVs only, maybe you should update the TVs software to the latest version.

gracias por esa recomendacion revise y tiene la ultima version de software instalado y te comento que puedo ver otras redes WI-FI 5G pero la red de mi Router TP-Link 5G no puedo verla por eso descarte desde un principio que fuera el televisor porque si detecta otras y no la mia el problema es el router

 

Thank you for that recommendation, check and have the latest version of software installed and I'll tell you that I can see other 5G WI-FI networks but the network of my TP-Link 5G Router I can't see it, that's why I ruled out from the beginning that it was the TV because if detects others and not mine the problem is the router

Wow, excelente con esa configuracion si funciono y me reconocio exitosamente la red WI-FI 5G al parecer las bandas estaban en automatico y siempre estaba en la 157 y creo que no es compatible con el TV Samsung AU9000 y TU6900 pero con esa configuracion si se puede conectar sin problemas, gracias por tu apoyo y colaboracion.

 

Wow, excellent with that configuration if it worked and I successfully recognized the WI-FI 5G network, apparently the bands were in automatic and it was always on 157 and I think it is not compatible with the Samsung AU9000 and TU6900 TV but with that configuration it is can connect without problems, thank you for your support and cooperation.
