Firmware Version:

Can't connect a device via Ethernet to the range extender ( model RE350)

Wi-Fi works fine

The device message is : You are not authorized to enter this portal

Connect that device directly to Wi-Fi router and see if it reports the same Error.
Connect a different device like a PC to RE via Ethernet cable and see if Internet work on a different device?

May I know what is the model of device connected to extender by Ethernet cable? Can I have a photo of error, thank you.
