Extender no working

Extender no working
Since a couple of weeks ago, whenever I switch on extender all led's are on (green) but the extender doesn't work. If I try to find it through the app, it says that there is no device connected. Tried switching on/off. No luck. Reset button not working. Reset hole (pin) not working either. Just seems "frozen". Any ideas?
