Model: Archer C1200  
Hardware Version: V4
Firmware Version: 3.16.0 0.9.1 v6015.0 Build 180330 Rel.20128n

The Model is : Archer C5 V4 AC1200.
Can't update  the firmware. Help

If your device is provided to you by your ISP then contact them to be advised further.

This model FW has been customized for ISPs.
