Hello

I'm having issues with my Wi Fi network both on both 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz connections. If I ping local host on bot a laptop and a PC I see hight pings repeatedly appear every 10-20 seconds. Any Ideas how to fix it?

I have Smart connect off and here are settings for my 5GHz connection:

Have you tried to exclude the wireless interference around you - https://www.metageek.com/products/inssider/

by selecting the least crowded wireless channels for both bands.
