Hi.

I tested the L3-features of the SG3428X and found, that VLAN-routing only works with standard frames. The L3 interface details show an MTU of 1500, so it's no suprise that jumbo frames are dropped. The switch supports Jumbo frames up to 9K. Is there a possibility to set the interface MTU to 9K as well?

I'd like to seperate the servers from the clients using different VLANs e.g. to protect the server VLAN from broadcast storms. Thus, jumbo frame routing would be a great feature. If servers and clients are in the same VLAN, jumbo frames work great.

Thanks

Martin
