Unable to un-Permanent dhcp after changes made to Address Reservation in Archer AX6000

This is basically a copy-paste from my DHCP Server section of my Archer AX6000 that best describes my problem.
I can't make the device switch to address Y because its stuck being "Permanent" on address X.
How do I fix this and release the Permanent state without factory resetting my router?
