Trying to connect via wifi tl-SC4171G camera to WDR4300.

Trying to connect via wifi tl-SC4171G camera to WDR4300.
Using active router security and camera connected with network cable to the router. DHCP works fine but when setting Basic, Network, Wireless to activate wifi and put the password in theory should get the ip but the result is 0.0.0.0.
When I disable security (2.4) everything works fine, but in an unsafe way, managing to change to a fixed IP functional.
Active safety again and that gives the router ip is 0.0.0.0
I conclude that it is the configuration of the router. What should I do to connect in safe mode, not open?
