Hardware version: Archer C7 v5.0

 

My ISP gives me 100 mbit/sec speed, but C7 is working only on 10mbit full duplex mode. When selecting 100mbit full duplex it is stuck on connecting state and never connects.

 

It turns 10mbit full duplex mode when on autonegotiation, after first attempt of switching mode it used to work fine for some time, but after I renamed Wifi networks it broke. Then it used to work for couple of seconds once but then again switched to 10 mbit.

 

NO, MY CABLE IS FINE.

 

NO, MY ISP IS FINE, ALL OTHER ROUTERS WORK JUST FINE AT FULL SPEED OVER WIFI TOO.

Has that happened recently (after FW upgrade for ex.) or it's like that since you have the Archer C7 ?

If the former then downgrade the FW version (if it allows you). If the latter then maybe you have a faulty unit - contact your local support for further assistance.

You can also follow the instructions from the 1-st post of this thread. Of course if nothing helps contact your local support.

@terziyski it happened right after purchase. Then I upgraded software version with hope it can solve the issue, but it hasn't
