Im trying to host a minecraft server and play with my friends but i cant figure out how to port Foraward can anyone help?

For minecraft server you need to open these ports on your router:

 

  • TCP Port: 25565
  • UDP Port: 19132

 

Make sure that you receive a public IP address on your router WAN port for this to work.

These are private IP address ranges:

  • Class A: 10.0.0.0 — 10.255.255.255

  • Class B: 172.16.0.0 — 172.31.255.255 

  • Class C: 192.168.0.0 — 192.168.255.255 

CG-NAT 100.64.0.0 - 100.127.255.255

It depends on your router model but in general it's much similar over different models - here's a video guide.
