Firmware Version: Latest version

Hi

 

It's been 2 months I've realize bandwidth controller on this router doesn't work, i guess the router has a bug. I've followed all the instructions but no luck 

 

I'm taking the router back to the store! ​​

Can you give more details why do you think that Bandwidth Control is not working ?

Here's a guide on how to configure on C50.

You can use C50 user guide - Chapter 4.14. as well.

I did followed the guide on how to. All devices connected are using permanent IP address added on (Address Reservation). 

 

My internet speed are. 

50mbps down

20mbps up

 

Bandwidth control is enabled 

 

Add rules per device. But when I do a speed test on that assign device. It will reach the max speed.

If you've followed the guide properly, then you should review  the rules configured.

It's up to these rules for bandwidth control to kick in, given the conditions configured are met.

If you feel that everything's correctly configured and tested you can contact the local support to be advised further.
