The 2.4ghz signal is completely gone
I did a firmware update about a week ago and have not been able to connect to the channel since then.
how do I fix this?

Make sure that your 2.4GHz band is enabled and broadcating a signal - can you see its SSID in the list of available networks.
If you can see its SSID, change your password to be sure you entering the correct one, forget the network from the known networks and re-add it again.
