Is there anybody who can help me with printer controller utility link for archer c5 v4.

TP Link email support team is worst they don't reply
Archer C5 v4 is a device targeted to ISPs. Its FW has been tailored for a particular ISPs.
Most probably you won't be able to use it's USB printer sharing feature (although it's mentioned in its user guide).
I believe that its user guide should be updated and this text removed.
