May I know what is the model of your TP-Link Nano router? Is it TL-WR802N?
If you don't know the wireless password, please find it on the device label. Normally, it is 8 digits on the device label.
If you don't know the login password to the web management page, please try default username/password which is admin all in lower case. if it doesn't work, please reset the TP-Link device by using a pin to press and hold the Reset button until the LED blinks. After that, please login with the default username/password.
