Model: Archer AX73  
Hardware Version: V20
Firmware Version: Not sure

Just set up the model AX5400 .All link ok except no internet connection .Cable modem ok and wi-fi link ok except on internet connection . Can advise mostly due to what issues ? Guess could be ISP issue ?

Thanks for reaching out to us. 

Please connect a computer to your modem bypass TP-Link router and check if your modem has internet. 

If your modem has no internet, please contact your ISP to troubleshoot on the modem.
