Is it possible to manage a Deco network made up of 3 x AC1200 M4R units from outside the LAN?

The initial configuration must be done locally thru the app but then, the network management is cloud based, meaning that the deco app will control it remotely. 

I control mine (2xM4) and another one (4xM4) that is 300km away, where I added myself as administrator when I configured it initially.
