i am taking the internet by wire from the d link router, the access point is keep disconnecting, please help me

Set the LAN IP address of 840N to 'Static IP' (within the D-Link router's LAN subnet, outside its DHCP server range) and disable 840N DHCP server.

Make a test and if the issue persists check/change the wire between the D-Link router and 840N AP.

Thank you for the answer, for the access point that is connected to d link router, i set it as a static ip and i disabled the DHCP server, i am testing now. for the second access point, i didn't change any setting. is it correct? Thank you again

Yes, that's correct. You may change that for the second AP as well if you happen to observe the same issue with it.
