My ring doorbell cannot find the wifi extender

Thank you for reaching out to us for your concern, please confirm other wifi devices could connect to Extender's wifi network and get internet.
And link ring doorbell directly to wifi router and see if the set-up could be done?
If other device could connect to extender's wifi network, it is suggested reaching Ring support and see if they have any troubleshooting suggestions.
