AX20 as VPN client to C4000 VPN Server

AX20 as VPN client to C4000 VPN Server
I have setup a AX20 as VPN client to C4000, C4000 is VPN server.
I have also enabled devices connected to AX20 to access the VPN.
Current PC1 connected to AX20 can access any devices connected to C4000.
But I have problem using PC2, which is connected to C4000, to access the AX20 or any devices (for example, PC1) which is connected to the AX20.
My understanding is that the VPN connection should be mutual, but it looks like it's not the way for my current setup.
I am using OpenVPN, C4000 is OpenVPN Server, AX20 is OpenVPN Client.
Can anyone help on it?
