Model: Archer AX20

Hardware Version: V2

Firmware Version: 2.1.5 Build 20211231 rel.73104(5553)

I want to downgrade firmware on my router. After upgrade, the 2.5g wifi disconnects devices, is very slow. Need to connect to 5g wifi to get internet.

From the router page

Firmware Version:

2.1.5 Build 20211231 rel.73104(5553)

Hardware Version:

Archer AX20 v2.0

Is this the correct place to download the older firmware?

First confirm which region your AX20 HW v2 is.

On the bottom sticker you should be able to see its FW region.

If it's with US FW region then you're at the right place.

Here's (Case 1) a guide on how to upgrade your device FW manually - the downgrading procedure is the same.
