Your ISP is the provider of your public IP address.
If your Internet IP address is private, contact them and ask if it's possible to have your public IP address on your Internet connection.
If you have any ISP provided modem/router before your AX1800 check if it receives your public IP address. If that's the case then you have some options on your own.
If it's only AX1800 between your LAN and the ISP network then just contact them.
