I need to keep sending System Log to my email: abc@gmail.com. How do I set this up here? Please show me an example.

You'll need an SMTP server which can handle plain authentication to be able to do that.

How to configure is explained in the device user guide - Chapter 4.16.8.

Finding an SMTP server which supports plain authentication these days is hard, but you can do a research for a possible options.

Most of the SMTP servers these days are using TLS/SSL encryption options which are not implemented in router's Mail Settings WebGUI.
