My current setup is Cpe510-ap(House A) to Cpe510-bridge(House B) then connected to EAP110 Ceiling via lan cable. When connecting i get ip configuration failed error. When using old eap110 outdoor it connects just fine without any setting. Am i missing something here? Or is my new ap broken?
@KevinL1991 If old EAP110-Outdoor can work, it looks like an issue on new EAP.
I guess the problem is on PoE injector. You can try replace the Etherent cable from CPE to this injector. My suggestion is a short Ethernet cable within 2m
Are you using a controller? If so what version is the controller, the version of the old 110 and what version is the 110 ceiling? I suspect you have mismatch (ie v4 or lower for the controller and v5 or higher for the new AP). Update time.
