Model: ER7206 (TL-ER7206)
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.1.1

Hello,

@Fae

I'm facing a uncomfortable situation.

One of my sites is showing the router as disconnected.

Internet work fine but but i can't manage this site network anymore with the controller.

Is there a way to reconnect to the controller the router without need to go on site place ?

I can remotely access the webpage of the router from a PC on site, but the only

proposal once logged to him is to make a factory reset :-(

Make a factory reset will for sure disconnect all the network there as the router IP configured actually is 192.168.2.1.

Is there Any way to reboot this router without make a long trip to the place ?

Tried the omada discovery tools, but as the router is already managed by a controller, ...not a solution here.

You are wise to not rush into this!

I am assuming you didn't enable Cloud management before you lost control of the router?

What version of controller are you using and what is the last version recorded by the controller of the firmware version of the router, and what is the latest firmware version available for the router?  I suspect you have a version issue...and that updating your controller to match the firmware of the router may un-break things.  At the very least make sure that the 'last known firmware' of the router is compatible with whatever version you update the controller to, otherwise you truly will be up the creek sans paddle.

  @Pascal

Is it possible to have someone onsite power cycle the router?  We're chasing a similar issue with ER605's going offline after ~3 weeks.  We're not sure if it's a router firmware or controller.
