Model: M7350
Hardware Version:
Firmware Version:

Hello,

I am having problems resetting my M7350. When I use a pin as described in the manual and press it for about 5 seconds the device shuts down, restarts and then says "restoring" and "succeed". It does not look as if the device was set back to factory settings.

I haven't used the router for quite a while and have unfortunately forgotten my password. This is why I would like to make a fresh start, but I do not seem to manage. I have tried using "admin" as a user name and the password as shown on the inside cover but this does not help. I have also installed the Android app TPMifi but I cannot use it as long as I do not know the password.

Hopefully, someone here will be able to help me out. Many thanks!

Best regards

Hi, thank you very much for the feedback.

Based on the description of reset process, the factory reset seems to work. May I know the hardware version of your M7350? such as V5 or other versions.

Besides, when you try to login the tpMiFi App, it only asks for a password, or asks for both username and password? Please try both "admin" for both username and password.

In addition, you could also try to login the web interface of the M7350 via tplinkmifi.net or 192.168.0.1, then check if admin works when logging into the web interface.

If there is still any problem, please share with us a screenshot of the login page.
