Hello,

 
let's get straight to the point, when I turn on the router or connect it to the network, all three lights light up, and the Internet does not work, resetting the settings also does not work, and if I remove the battery, everything is the same. I tried to wait but it still not worked.


Help me please!

Do you mean all the three LEDs stay on and never turn off? when pressing and holding the reset hole with a pin, there is no any response?

 

Are you able to see and connect the TP-Link WiFi? and was the M7200 working fine before?

 

If you are able to see and connect the WiFi but no internet access, please do some troubleshooting as the following instruction:

Hi, thank you very much for the reply.

It seems that the M7200 is defective since there is no any response when resetting it. It is recommended to contact the seller where you bought it to check warranty and get it replaced. Really sorry for any inconvenience caused!
