AP-Cleint ping request fail when AP change

We have 30 WA701ND AP s working as AP client because one of our device need network access but its not have wireless connectivity.
So what we done is purchase WA701IND and setup as AP-Client and connect to our device with wired connection.
Our device mounting on vehicles and they are moving around few AP's in same ESS.
As a example think vehocel need to move A to B and withing A and B there are few AP's with different channels.
When cell change, normal behavious is drop 2 or 3 ICMP packets.
But with our WA701ND its more than 20 ICMP drops and its mean 4 minutes network down.
Each and every time this happening and its a big problem to us.
If anyone know a solution please tell me.
