  @Cotchet but when is this functionality coming to the ER605 as I have seen it was supposed to be 5.6 yet still not available in 5.7 from what I can see.

  @JoeR If I understand correctly, and as is the case with the 7206, firmware is also required for your ER605.

I have also a ER8411 without new firmware, even with omada 5.6, it is not available.

 

It's only available with ER7206 and new firmware 1.2.3

  @JoeR Just disable "block large ping attack".. As most of the firewall tickboxes it is an anacronic non problem.
 This is legitimate ICMP traffic.. see..the attack it is supposed to protect you from is an ancient bug some network stacks had in the distant past, it has been fixed for decades.

 

If you were the real target of a modern ICMP attack you cannot stop it either, only your ISP can effectively do so, but most likely will just disconnect you from the internet in that case. (they will null route you and claim some legal bs to do so)
