The wifi extender is not showing any wifi network even after resetting it a couple of times

2. Double check on a different Wireless Network device like phone or laptop and see if there is any Tp-Link range extender XXX or Extender XX Wi-Fi SSIDs?
If there is still Wifi network, connect a computer to the Range extender via Ethernet cable and see if there computer can get an IP address from Ethernet (turn wifi off on your computer) How to find IP address on your devices
If range extender still not broadcast the default Wi-Fi SSID, it could be a faulty unit, and you could reach retailer or local support to check device warranty.
